Yesterday we participated in the Pelion Summer Lab, leading the group from the area of Randi and Vodin along the Kalderimi to Platania. Observing the Halorema stream and the damage from storm Daniel. Ending in Platania with an explanation of the development of the port of Platania.
We had an interesting morning and a lot of fun with the international participants.
(The Pelion Summer Lab for Cultural Theory and Experimental Humanities (PSL) is an intensive 10-day interdisciplinary program for graduate students, artists, and researchers. Founded by the University of Thessaly, it combines seminars, artistic workshops, and field excursions in the historic villages of South Pelion, Greece.PSL Theme: "The Planet in the Port"The lab features "The Planet in the Port: Infrastructures & Undercurrents".
