I'm super excited to share some awesome news with you! We've got a special Month Shred Workout Program designed specifically for Ramadan! ðïļââïļðŠ It's the perfect opportunity to stay fit and healthy during this holy month.
Here's what you can expect from our program:
ð Flexible Timing: Our group classes are scheduled from 9:30-10:30pm, allowing you to work out after Iftar. We want to make sure you have enough time to nourish your body before hitting those intense workouts!
ðïļââïļ Intense Workouts: Our expert trainers are here to guide you through high-intensity exercises that will help you achieve your fitness goals. Get ready to sweat and push yourself to the next level!
ð Respectful of Fasting: We completely understand the importance of fasting, so our workouts are tailored to provide you with maximum energy while respecting your fasting schedule. You'll be able to give it your all during the workouts without compromising your fast.
ðŠ Gym Closing Time: To ensure you have ample time to complete your workout and wind down, the gym will close at 12am. This way, you can take your time, cool down, and get ready to rest and recharge for the next day.
And guess what? We've got an extra challenge for you! 10Km walk twice a week. That's an amazing addition to your fitness routine! Walking is a fantastic way to stay active and enjoy the outdoors. Keep up the great work, Wallyfit fam! ðŠð
