LEWIS LLAMAS TO REPRESENT GIBRALTAR IN SUSSEX

Local dancer, Lewis Llamas will be participating at the Sussex Festival of Performing Arts on the 30th March 2026. Lewis was the overall winner at the Gibraltar International Dance Festival 2025 as well as the Best Male Dancer in the 2026 edition. He was also crowned World Show Dance Champion at the recent IDO world event in Castellanza, Italy.

Lewis is a member of The Dance Collective. He will be competing with three solos in the Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary categories, at this international festival.

The Sussex Festival and the Gibraltar Festival were twinned in 2007. The aim was to offer a cultural exchange and educational platform for young people. The exchange has proved very successful with many local dancers having had the opportunity to compete in Sussex for many years, and UK dancers reciprocating.

Good luck Lewis!
