THE FOOTBALL SHOT(S) WE NORMALLY SEEN OR PRACTICE ON THE PITCH.
According to research made from our angle,we have 6 major shots in football. The photo below with the tag of (A-F) shows the exact meaning of what is written here please.
A. Instep Drive or Knuckle Shot : It is very useful shooting technique when you want to strike the ball with power from long range. It is very hard to control. This recall us to our two great ballers, Sulley Ali Muntari from Ghana and Roberto Carlos from Brazil during the hey days.
B. Swerve Shot : It is a non-kicking foot alongdide, slightly behind the ball. Kicking foot pointed diagonally towards the inside, and ankle locked. Let us note this,we strike ball on the inside (side nearest a player),so the foot moves accross the body. This remember us during the days of David Beckham and Ronaldinho Gaucho.
C. Half Volley Shot : In football,a half volley shot is controlled kick on the short hop, made just after the ball bounces off the ground. These type of play let us miss Robin van Persie, and the likes of Lawrence Kwame Duah (Bayano).
D. Flying Volley Shot : It is the spectacular type of shot together with bicycle kick. This is an ideal in situation on the field where the ball is too high for side volley and too low for a header.
E. Full Volley Shot : This is an airborne strike where a player's foot meets and directs the ball in angled direction before it has time to reach the ground. One of the favourite display in the yard box from Thierry Daniel Henry and co.
F. Side Volley Shot: Another technique to use when the ball arrives at a height above the knee, but below the waist. This remember us from the display of Ronaldinho and Zidane.
These are the types of shots seen in the football game. All the best to every baller.
