Incorporating the ethos of community building, through audio-visual adventure. KUL Festival is meant to be a pioneering psychedelic immersive experience in Georgia. Tourism development in the Svaneti region is a building ground for the country's further rehabilitation after the heavy economic strain caused by the pandemic. We want to show how old cultural traditions can easily coexist with modern
views of the community and close the gap between the generational differences in a respectful manner. We put a lot of emphasis on this gathering (the very first one of its kind, considering the conservative nature of the locals) since it will determine the future cooperation between the population of Svaneti and the KUL Festival. We want to use this opportunity to show the people across the world the uniqueness of this region, introducing the magical beauty of its nature and honor its ancient traditions, transcending them into modern times through this unforgettable festival experience. We are an extremely diverse group of friends from all parts of the world, coming together in the beautiful country of Georgia, in an attempt to create something that will have a positive, lasting impact on our worn-out minds and hearts after the pandemic winter. Don’t get us wrong, there’s no point in doing anything if you have no fun, thus that is another one of our primary objectives. We decided to join our forces to create a longed-for celebration of life and spiritual transcendence. We would be so bold to say that our aim is to become the trendsetters of this music genre in Georgia. The underground and electronic music scene in Georgia is thriving. We want to complement and diversify the directions of the underground culture by incorporating psychedelic genres into the party scene of Georgia, thus decentralizing the directions of tourism development. We want people to know, that regardless of where they come from or what roles they play in their lives outside the festival gates if they parade around with good vibes offering gifts of a different perspective to total strangers, they transform for a brief time into vessels of abounding love and positive attitudes, desperately filling the void from the human disconnection seen throughout the dominant culture. "Familiar forms dissolve into moving, dancing structures" in Kingdom Under Light… A safe space to bring all of your differences together and build a dialogue for future generations through two of the most important ways of expression: dance and music.

ჩვენ შევკრიბეთ ამ სფეროში მოღვაწე საუკეთესო გონებები, რათა დაუვიწყარი სიცოცხლის ზეიმი შეგვექმნა თითოეული თქვენგანისთვის! ჩვენი აზრით დადებითი მუხტი, სვანეთის უშველებელი სიდიადე, მუსიკა და ცეკვა ყველაზე კარგი პანაცეაა განვლილი მტკივნეული წლის სტრესის დასაძლევად.
მისტიკური ადგილი - მესტია, რომელიც დაცულია მთის მწვერვალების გოლიათებით, დედამიწის ერთ – ერთი ყველაზე შთამბეჭდავი კუთხე მზის ქერა სხვივებში მორთულ ხეობაშია მიმოფანტული.
აქვე გვსურს აღვნიშნოთ, რომ მადლიერნი ვართ ადგილობრივი მოსახლეობის, რომლებიც ნებას გვრთავენ, რომ ამ არაამქვეყნიურ შეკრებას შესაძლებლობა მისცეს ჩატარებულიყო.
ფესტივალს ექნება ორი სცენა:
პლანიტია (მთავარი სცენა) უმასპინძლებს ფსაი სცენაში არსებულ ყველა დიდ სახელს და მოიცავს როგორც საცეკვაო მუსიკას, ასევე მაღალტექნოლოგიურ ვიბრაციებს, საკუთარი თავები ვარსკვლავებით მოჭედილ და მთვარის შუქით განათებული ცის ქვეშ რომ დაკარგოთ.
ტყისპირი (ალტერნატიული სცენა) მოიცავს შთამბეჭდავ dub / chill და base-ს.
მუსიკა თქვენს სხეულს თვითგამორკვევის საშუალებას მისცემს, რასაც, დარწმუნებულები ვართ, თქვენც ბევრჯერ ინატრეთ ამ წლის განმავლობაში.
ხელოვნების შეგრძნება, გემრიელი კერძები, მედიტაცია და მრავალი სხვა სახალისო აქტივობა მესტიის ბუნების ფერად-ფერადი აისისა და დაისის ფონზე მოხდება.
