🏆 Competition Overview
The Beach Body Showdown is an exciting feature of the Glory Games 2025 festival — a vibrant outdoor fitness event celebrating aesthetics, conditioning, and stage presence. Athletes will compete for titles in three divisions showcasing overall physique, fitness, and confidence in presentation.
💪 Categories
1. Men’s Most Muscular – Judged on upper body mass, density, and definition with emphasis on proportion, symmetry, and presentation.
2. Men’s Fit – Judged on athletic appearance, tone, and conditioning with focus on aesthetic physique and confident stage presence.
3. Women’s Bikini – Judged on shape, symmetry, poise, and overall presentation emphasizing balance, confidence, and healthy appeal.
📋 General Rules & Eligibility
• Open to all Grenadians age 18 and above.
• Registration must be completed and fee paid by 25th November 2025.
• Athletes must report backstage 1 hour before their category begins.
• Proper posing attire is mandatory (board shorts for men, two-piece bikini for women).
• Excessive oil, jewelry, or props are not permitted.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.
• All participants must sign a liability waiver on event day.

Symmetry & Proportion Balanced upper and lower body, even muscle development 30%
Conditioning Visible muscle tone, definition, and healthy appearance 25%
Stage Presence & Confidence Poise, walk, energy, crowd connection and response 20%
Overall Aesthetic Appeal Presentation, grooming, and polish 15%
Showmanship / Routine Personality and flow during presentation 10%
🎯 Notes
• Early registration encouraged – limited athlete slots available.
• Athletes may compete in multiple categories if eligible.
• Music for stage walks should be submitted by Dec 10th, 2025.
• Event photos and highlight reels will be featured on GBBWF social media.
