The Commancheros and Associates Mas Committee was established in 1983 with the objective of promoting, preserving and developing the unique cultural aspects of the Grenadian Carnival product. Since its formation, the organization has been producing Carnival presentations, which have maintained the tradition of having a steel orchestra as part of its Mas Band. The creativity of the group has been t
ried and tested, having experimented with a variety of concepts and design styles. This has enabled us to capture the coveted title of “Band of the Year “twenty two times during our thirty one years of existence,” thus being the most prominent organization in Spice Mas.
