Hawaiian Dance Night

Join us on Saturday 16th May 2026 at Huntington WMC for a lively evening of music and dancing!

Come and enjoy a lively afternoon of live music & dancing at Huntington WMC to the Hot Foot Powder Band who play a great mix of music from the 1950s and 1960s: Chicago Blues, Rock & Roll, Rhythm & Blues
Join hosts York Vintage Dance Group for a fun afternoon in the Club's atmospheric function room. This is the NEW SATURDAY NIGHT OUT BUT DURING THE DAY! Our DJ - Stephen will be playing some great dance music in between the Band's Sets. Bring your own picnic lunch. Drinks, tea and coffee are available behind the bar. Huntington Club has a large car park and is on the No 5 York Strensall Bus Route and very near the No 20 Bus Route. Tickets £7 on the door - cash or card.

Welcome to the 2026 grassington 1940’s weekend. We have our approvals and we are GOOD TO GO!

Once again we are looking forward to welcoming you back and appreciate your support and cooperation to make this the best yet.

We are a very small team, please be kind and if we can’t get back to you straight away we will as soon as we can.

This event is fully self funded and we rely on volunteers. Have a spare few hours, WE NEED YOU !
