Exhibitor Applications close today.. we would love you to be part of our 2026 festival!

We are looking for makers who use yarn and thread in a creative way, to inspire others to make and create.
We are looking for hand dyed yarn, fibre, felt, project bags, commercially spun yarn, cross stitch, embroidery, weaving, spinning, notions, macrame and many more..

Applications will be open until the 1st February 2026.
All applicants will be notified by the 1st March 2026.

We appreciate your patience in advance - as much as we’d like to accept everyone who applied, our main goal is to put together a well-balanced show that represents all types of fibre crafts, with exhibitors both new and returning

Holy Moly - what a fantastic weekend at Yorkshire Yarn Fest.

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to all the amazing exhibitors who showcased their talents and hard work. The products on sale were truly fantastic!

Secondly, I want to say an ever bigger thank you to all of our wonderful visitors who made the trip to see us this weekend.

Throughout the weekend, it has been such a pleasure seeing to see so many smiling faces, and experience the excitement and joy of sharing the love of yarn. I’m so grateful.

Finally, I want to say a huge thank you to my Mum and Auntie Julie who were the queens of the entrance foyer, providing all the key information and giggles!

Please save the date for 14th and 15th November 2026, as I’d love to do it all again!🩷

Now to rest and maybe do some crafting!

Today is the last day of our 2025 festival, we’re so excited to see you all!!

✨ Yorkshire Yarn Fest event info ✨

This time, Yorkshire Yarn Fest is a two day festival, on 8th and 9th November at Sandburn Hall, York, YO60 7RB.

Entry tickets are now live - have you got your ticket yet?

On Sunday 9th November, we are hosting an inclusive time slot from 9am - 10am and then general entry to the festival is from 10am - 4pm.

Tickets are now available via the eventbrite link, however tickets will be also be available the door.
