Jo started out as a fitness instructor more than 25 years ago and brings a wealth of professional and deeply personal experience to her classes that can help those that wish to adopt a healthier approach to their lifestyle.
The first class with Jo is offered for FREE - after that you can choose a "pay as you go" approach or a monthly payment to cover all your classes.
For Jo it's about taking classes that are safe, effective, always varied and most importantly, FUN, because let's face it, life's too short for boring exercise!
