Worcester Music Festival Free live music festival in Worcester, West Midlands with more than 250 performances over 3 days.

Worcester Music Festival is a free, three day music festival that supports and encourages live, original music - all in aid of local charities. Festival events take place over one weekend at many venues in Worcester city centre, with more than 200 bands and musicians covering all genres. Throughout the weekend, a series of music and dance themed workshops is held, led by professionals and aimed at people of all ages and abilities.

DAY TWO IS HERE 🔥

We want to see every single one of you down the front in one of our 25 venues today! We have a jam-packed schedule, with every single genre you can think of... so no excuses 😉

Some important info:

The Music Box workshop is now in Cathedral Square; it will be right next to our stage, so you can't miss it 🤩

There have been some minor last-minute lineup changes; our website is completely up to date if you want all the latest info 📰

A small number of T-shirts remain available at Spin the Black Circle and Cathedral Square in return for a £20 donation. Once they're gone, they're gone 🤯

This whole weekend is running in aid of ONSIDE, so please please please donate generously in person or online ❤️

Today is the day… Worcester Music Festival 2026 is HERE 🔥

We kick things off at 3 pm when The Right Worshipful Mayor of Worcester officially opens the festival at Spin The Black Circle 🎉

From there, it’s full throttle. The schedule is jam‑packed right through until midnight, so come join us, let loose and help us raise plenty of noise, and plenty of money, for this year’s charity, ONSIDE 💚

Donate online, in our venues or to our charity team… and yes, we want your guesses on what they’re dressed as this year 👀

PLUS keep an eye out for our festival ale, rum, gin and vodka. A percentage from every sale goes straight to ONSIDE, so drink generously and do good at the same time 🍻

Workshops are coming in hot for Worcester Music Festival 2026 🔥

First up, brand new for this year… The Music Box 🎶

Learn a new instrument, jam with friends, record your own track or get hands‑on with pro musicians and producers. DJ decks, synths, keys, drum pads, bass, guitar, MIDI pads, a vocal booth… It’s all there waiting for you 🤩

Join in on Saturday, 10am til 4pm outside the Guildhall.

And that’s not all 👀

Elgar School of Music are hosting a full day of workshops on Saturday 12th September, with brass introductions, musical theatre singing, informal staff performances, open practice rooms and instruments ready to try. Perfect for anyone curious about learning, exploring new styles or reigniting their love for music 💚
