We had a lovely surprise this week to find out that the sash we made for Elgar has sat as the star of the tree for Worcester Breast Unit at Worcester Cathedral 🩷🩷

Today the Mayor of Worcester unveiled Sir Edward Elgar's Pink Ribbon for breast cancer awareness month this October. It was lovely to be part of the ceremony. I think pink rather suits Sir Elgar 🩷

Well hello giant pink ribbon!!!!!

Holding this big pink ribbon for Breast Cancer Awareness Month is lovely, talented Sue who has made this for us for a very, very special reason.

On Monday 2 October the Mayor will be unveiling this pink ribbon on the lapel of the statue of Sir Edward Elgar on Worcester High Street.

Elgar will be proudly sporting our WBUH pink ribbon throughout Pink October to raise awareness of us, the only breast cancer charity in Worcestershire, and of the work we do supporting women and men in our county.

We would love you to join us with the Mayor and Sr Edward Elgar of course at 2pm on Monday 2nd October to start Elgar's Pink October. Hope to see you there!
