Freelance Site Surveyor – Brand Activations (UK Wide)
RBT Event Services are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Surveyor to support an upcoming run of brand activations across the UK. This role will involve visiting multiple venues per day to assess suitability, access, space, logistics, and technical requirements ahead of live builds.
Project Duration:
Starting immediately and running for the next 3 weeks, with strong potential for ongoing work on future projects.
The Role:
• Conducting detailed site surveys for brand activation setups
• Visiting multiple locations per day (regional travel required)
• Assessing access points, load-in routes, power availability, ceiling heights, and rigging potential
• Capturing clear measurements, photos, and notes
• Producing concise post-visit reports for the production team
• Liaising professionally with venue teams and stakeholders on-site
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in events, production, brand activations, or experiential builds
• Strong understanding of temporary structures / gantry / staging setups
• Confident measuring and documenting technical spaces
• Highly organised and able to manage tight schedules
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Rates & Package:
• Competitive day rate or per-venue rate (to be agreed)
• Fuel allowance provided
• Potential for continued freelance work beyond this initial period
