So, last time we had a bit of a poor attendance due to the Scarecrow interference (not literal 🤣), and a bunch of advertising surrounding our date. I advertised our event in so many ways. - digitally; poster-wise; verbally... and we all spoke and shared of our event in our own way.
We had a kind mention on the radio…
It was advertised for months ahead and close to the time.
We had some positive results with some sales and some recognition, so it wasn’t all bad. 😉

So with all of this in mind - did anyone want to give it a second bash in the Spring sometime?
What are your thoughts?
I understand either way, I just thought I’d see how people feel!

So I have a banner! I’m thinking to tie it onto the fencing near the car park entrance… or the station road side near the Hall doors.

Hi all,

So I’m collecting the keys for the Memorial Hall this Friday with the intention of opening the doors to us for 9am.
Obviously we’ll be letting the public in from 10am.

When I arrive I’ll be putting the tables in situ with the help of others. Please select a table once they’re all laid out.

Of course there will be facilities for us to use, but please be prepared with your personal needs (food/drink/meds).

Please make yourself aware of all fire exits and obviously keep yourselves safe in every aspect.

I’d be extremely grateful for help in terms of removing all of your items and any rubbish at the end of the event, so that there are no cleaning fees incurred. Please be responsible for your own space.

Please respect the hall’s facilities (toilets/kitchen space). Forgive me for having-to say so.

Everything is logical really, but if you have any questions then please do drop them in the comments or send me a private message.

Otherwise I hope we can all get something amazing out of this! It should be exciting!
