Reminder: Our Annual General Meeting will take place this evening (Monday 18th May) in the Function Room, starting at 7.30pm. There will be an opportunity to hear about the Parish Council’s project to replace the flat roof in August and the impact of the change to a CIO.

Good news/bad news! After several very damp winters, we have received the good news that the Parish Council will be replacing the flat roof (covering the pavilion, sports changing rooms and a small part of the main hall) over the summer. This this means the hall will be closed from Monday 27th July to Monday 31st August whilst the work is being carried out.
But, there's still time to book the hall this side of the closure. You can check the diary, book the hall and check for any updates at www.woodcotevillagehall.com

Don't forget, we have a new class starting at the hall on Monday 13th April, Move It or Lose It! 1.30 - 2.30pm Move It or Lose It with Vicky - Goring & Surrounding Areas This is a friendly, fun, and effective class specifically designed for the over 60s. You don’t need any prior fitness experience! All exercises are fully adaptable and can be done seated, supported, or standing, making them accessible to everyone, regardless of current ability or mobility. The goal is simply to help you feel good and stay active for longer.
You are welcome to attend your first class for free as a no-obligation way to try Move It or Lose It and see if it’s right for you.
After which, classes cost just £8 per session, or £45 for a block of six. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today.

A huge thank you to everybody who came along to the Film night on Friday, we had a select audience who made the most of the bar and enjoyed the film! Proceeds from the night of £163 will go towards the Village Hall Charity funds.

🔴 Next up, this coming Friday, 20th March FOWPS will be hosting (what was) the Cabin Bingo night following their merger with Woodcote Primary School.
