PRODUCTION || Take a look behind the scenes at a recent awards evening, from the initial build through to the live show!

Our team brought together bespoke staging, large-scale projection and a lighting design featuring the Elumen8 Evora CMY300, CHAUVET Professional Rogue Outcast 2X Wash, Ayrton Rivale and ROXX NEO fixtures. To add extra impact to the key moments, we also used ADJ Fog Fury Jett machines, Showtec FX Shots and a Look Solutions Unique 2.1 Hazer, bringing atmosphere and added drama to the room.

💗 YES | Wear It Pink

Today, our team are wearing pink to support Breast Cancer Now's Wear It Pink campaign.

This year, the campaign means a lot to us as our colleague Tessa has been going through her own experience with breast cancer. We’re proud to stand alongside Tessa and everyone affected by breast cancer, helping raise awareness and support vital research.

Tessa has kindly shared her story with us: “I never thought this would happen to me. At 39, I was the happiest, fittest and healthiest I had ever been, so receiving a breast cancer diagnosis in September 2025 came as a huge shock. I have been undergoing treatment since October 2025 and, despite catching it early, will continue with active treatment until March 2027.

This experience has made me realise just how important it is to raise awareness, encourage people to check their breasts and seek medical advice if they notice any changes, and raise money for vital research. I am receiving treatments that weren’t available just a few years ago, and I hope that continued research will lead to even more advances, giving others facing this diagnosis in the future more treatment options and hope.”

PRODUCTION || All new Queenz: Battle of the Divas show now on tour!

The Queenz: Battle of the Divas tour has just kicked off, and we're pleased to be supplying the production for the show once again!

Our Production Director, Elgan Howells, has also designed the lighting for the full tour, with a rig featuring Ayrton Diablo, Elumen8 EVORA CMY300, Martin Professional VDO Atomic Dot, CHAUVET Professional Maverick Storm 2 and Rogue Outcast 2X Wash, all controlled by our grandMA3 Compact. We’re also supplying the video system, including Chauvet REM3IP LED video and NovaStar processing.

We’re delighted to be part of the show again with the DMP team and look forward to following the tour as it makes its way around the UK!

PRODUCTION || Alongside our wider production support for Tough Mudder UK events, we also provided a stage, sound and video setup for another area of the event last month.

The setup included a 6x4m Prolyte Arc Roof Stage, RCF UK HDL 26-A and 9004-AS for sound, Yamaha Commercial Audio Europe QL1 control, RCF NX 10-SMA stage monitors and a CHAUVET Professional REM3IP video wall. Another great example of the variety of production requirements that come with delivering large-scale outdoor events.

PRODUCTION || Bringing a Historic Setting to Life

For this festival, we delivered the full production across a unique historic venue, with our 8x6m Prolyte Arc Roof main stage at the centre of the action, alongside a second 5x3m stage and site-wide lighting. The main stage featured RCF UK sound, Yamaha Commercial Audio Europe control, grandMA3 and a combination of Ayrton, CHAUVET Professional, LEDJ and Martin Professional fixtures to bring the space to life.

PRODUCTION | Agency Production Support – yesevents.co.uk/agency-production-support/

We recently provided production support for an agency partner on a product launch event, delivering the technical production across lighting, sound and video.

The lighting design brought together Ayrton Rivale, CHAUVET Professional Rogue Outcast, ROXX NEO and a selection of Astera fixtures including AX5, AX2, QuikPunch and PixelBrick, creating a dynamic look that worked across the venue.

We also supplied a full sound setup featuring RCF UK HDL 26-A, RCF 900-4 and TT+ Audio GT 8, with Pioneer MEA CDJ-3000s and a DJM-A9 mixer completing the DJ setup.

The visual element was delivered across three separate Uniview UR Pro video walls, including two 6m x 3m walls and a 4m x 3m wall, creating some impressive focal points throughout the event.

PRODUCTION || Smarter setup with RCF…

For this recent event, we put our new RCF UK SUB 9016-AS subs to work alongside RCF HDL 26-A speakers, using a cardioid configuration to help control low-frequency energy across the space. The real standout was RCF RDTap, using NFC technology, as we could configure the subs directly from a phone, including the required cardioid settings, even before powering them on. It’s a simple feature, but one that can make a big difference when speed, consistency and ease of setup matter on site.

Alongside the audio setup, we also provided ADJ Vintage X fixtures for stage lighting, a Yamaha Commercial Audio Europe QL1 for system control, plus site-wide Wi-Fi and power distribution to keep everything running smoothly throughout the event.

Another great day with the Wise Productions team as we welcomed them back to YES Events for another Kit Showcase.

Following on from our 2025 showcase, it was a great opportunity to get together again, explore more of the equipment available across sound, video, lighting and control, and continue building on what we’re able to offer through our partnership.

It’s been great to see this collaboration continue to grow, with plenty more exciting things to come!

PRODUCTION || FESTIVAL LIGHTING

We’re pleased to have provided our production services at Kendal Calling for another year, supplying lighting across a variety of areas throughout the festival site.

Our lighting package featured a whole lot of LEDJ Spectra Q40 MKII, ROXX NEO, LEDJ Spectra Par 15Q8 Pro, LEDJ Spectra Par 30Q8 Pro and ProLights EclProfile JrZIP, helping to bring atmosphere, colour and impact to different spaces across the festival site.

We also supplied Ayrton Cobra fixtures, used as Sky Scanner beams, and CHAUVET Professional Festoon 2 RGB around the site to add an extra level of impact to the festival atmosphere after dark!
