For those asking about the weather... we are fully open and ready, with huge heated marquees (fully lined, hard floored, festoon lit, xmas background music playing 👌🏼), large lit covered seating areas, trackway matting footpaths throughout the whole event (as well as vast amounts of road trackway across both huge parking fields) but the most luxurious way to stay warm at Braxted will be a visit into the Braxted Park Estate Orangery for afternoon tea!

It's today! We cant wait to welcome you to the Essex County Christmas Fair this weekend. We kick off with late night shopping today from 2pm to 8pm and Braxted Park Estate is looking incredibly festive with lots of glowing lights so come and get in the Christmas spirit 🎅 Paula Sax and the Sound Collective Choir will be performing at intervals all day. The Essex County Christmas Fair begins this coming Friday. Here's a look at the event map so you can plan your visit. We have 4 huge heated indoor shopping areas as well outdoor market areas, a beautiful food court in the festive lit rear garden where you can also watch the live music, plus horse & cart rides, a Ferris wheel, father Christmas, Braxted Park's afternoon tea in the stunning orangery, Christmas music gently playing throughout the fair, and of course, most importantly over 150 incredible festive stall holders, offering beautiful gifts, treats and Christmas delights... so you can fully enjoy the Ultimate Christmas Shopping Experience in Essex.
