Come and enjoy our Gardens and Tap Room, open every Thursday from 12pm to 8pm — and best of all, entry is free!

🐾 Dogs are welcome, so feel free to bring your four-legged friends along
🍺 Drinks served from the bar all day
🍰 Light snacks and cakes available during the day
🚚 A food truck serving up something delicious in the evening

On the first Thursday of every month, we turn things up a notch with:

Whether you’re popping in for a quick drink or settling in for the afternoon and evening, it’s the perfect place to unwind, catch up with friends, and enjoy our beautiful gardens.

What a wonderful week of wreath making sessions! A huge thank you to everyone who came and made it such a special, fun and festive week! ✨🌿

This year’s setup was our most magical and immersive yet with every piece of foliage freshly picked from our beautiful gardens or sourced from the best local suppliers. With Jayne’s expertise, armfuls of fresh greenery, and the creativity of everyone who came, each wreath turned out as wonderfully unique as the person who made it!

It was a festive week full of fun, prosecco, cake and Christmas cheer… and now we’re getting everything ready for our Christmas Open Day today! We would be delighted to see you there where you can enjoy free entry from 11am-4pm, hot drinks, light refreshments, and explore a selection of independent craft stalls. We’ll also be offering tastings of Elgood’s award winning beers and the opportunity to explore The Hop Rooms beautifully styled for the festive season 🎄💫

✨Charity Weekend ✨

Remembering our charity weekend in May when we welcomed the Wisbech Children’s Charity for a coffee morning and hosted the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity’s Star Shine Night Walk where hundreds of people walked around Wisbech in aid of hospice care. A huge thank you to everyone who came along, donated, or took part in helping raise money for two truly amazing causes. ❤️ ✨

We were delighted to host Suzzane & Adrian’s beautiful wedding day earlier this year. Their intimate outdoor ceremony, set beneath our centuries-old oak tree, was filled with love, laughter, and the warm company of their closest family and friends. It’s been an exciting few weeks here at The Hop Rooms! While preparing for all the wonderful events planned this summer, we achieved a five-star food hygiene rating and started opening regularly again for the first time in many years! A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our Thursday Open Days so far, it has been lovely to see so many of you enjoying the venue and gardens! We are open again today from 12pm - 8pm with beer tastings, delicious pizza from mallyspizza22 from 5pm and a special performance by the fabulous mariamaysings from 6pm. Come and join us, entry is free and we would love to see you! 🌷🎵🍕🍻
