Join us on Wednesday 16th September 2026 when Andy McIndoe will give a talk on Beautiful Bulbs: Spring bulbs for pots, naturalising and to add colour to beds and borders.
After this long, hot summer, Andy McIndoe will guide us on how to achieve the best results for our Spring gardens.
Andy McIndoe BSc. Hons. Hort is a freelance garden consultant and a Gold Medal-winning designer, with over 45 years’ experience in horticulture. In 2017, he was awarded the RHS Veitch Memorial Medal in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the science and practice of horticulture.
Following a long career with Hillier Nurseries, Andy now works independently, planning and planting gardens of all sizes. He and his wife have a 2.5 acre garden, Sandhill Farm near Romsey, Hampshire, where they welcome visitors by appointment. As an author, Andy has written garden books and contributed to many others both as a consultant editor and writer. He also writes for various magazines and newspapers.
