Cakes by No More Tiers is a home-baking business based in Wilberfoss, near York (UK) providing delicious bespoke cakes, cupcakes and cookies for all occasions, handmade by award-winning York cake designer Fiona Brook. Orders are subject to my availability - due to the time involved in decorating my cakes, I only take on a small number of commissions each month in order to keep standards high. As a result, my order book gets filled up quite far in advance - so book early to avoid disappointment! My kitchen has been inspected to the satisfaction of the local council and I hold the relevant food hygiene qualification. I have won prizes for my work at both regional and national level, and have also written articles and projects for cake decorating magazines, as well as having my bridal work featured in wedding magazines and blogs. Sugarcraft is my passion - it makes me happy, and I look forward to sharing some of that happiness with you!
