Massive thanks to everyone who came down to the Wheel of Fighting Fortune tournament last night at The Commercial Inn

We scrapped our way through Street Fighter 3, Tekken 3, Street Fighter 2, King of Fighters 99 and Soulcalibur, before finally settling things properly on Virtua Fighter 1 via the Sega 32X.

Honestly, is there a better way to spend an evening than virtually battering your mates on some all-time classic fighting games?

Quiz winners on the night were Rob Whelan and Martin Palmer, with Rob also taking the picture round.

Big thanks to The Commercial for putting up with the chaos, to our ever-reliable host Mike Jones from Party DJ Nation, and to everyone who turned up and made it all possible.

Roll up and get ready for a night of pure retro fighting game chaos.

We are back with another festive showdown, this time with a twist. A stack of classic titles will be loaded onto our very own Fighting Wheel of Fortune. The evening’s game stays a mystery until one lucky player steps up, gives it a spin, and reveals which retro fighter will host our Christmas tournament.

Will it land on Street Fighter 2, a Tekken favourite, Soul Calibur, Virtua Fighter, King of Fighters, or even International Karate on the C64? Or something else!!! No one knows until that wheel turns.

Arrive early to grab your spot at this legendary retro gaming night. The wheel spins at 7:00pm and the action starts right after.
