Arthur Silcock, proprietor of A L Silcocks Fairgrounds has an unenviable reputation of supplying the best quality fairground rides from kiddie and toddler rides to the white knuckle thrill seekers rides. A L Silcock Fun Fairs supply any form of indoor or outdoor attraction from a local school fete or Private Function to a full public fairground including fully choreographed fireworks. We can find any ride or attraction to Suit your event using our Business Partners within The fairground industry

A L Silcock Fun Fairs operate in accordance with the HSG175 standard for safe practice at fairground and amusement parks. All rides and attractions are tested and passed annually by an independent engineer and carry full £10 million public liability insurance and all relevant risk assessments

It’s getting chillier 🥶❄️… the nights are drawing in 🌘 … Which can only mean one thing it’s the beginning of our ‘back end’ run

Did you know September is also World Fun Fair month and is celebrated by Showman around the World ?

Ellesmere Port is now in it’s second week of opening at Whitby Park

Our next one will be Hindley , although we’re not attending ourselves this year , there will still be a great line up for you to enjoy

Wigan Fair then follows which is always a favourite of everyone and is the biggest and best in the Wigan area

We’re at Normanton with our Miami supporting Evan Moran & Sons AND although we’re breaking tradition and not attending with anything this year we have also provided a funfair at Ellesmere Port
