Casual Bar Staff – The Dabchicks Sailing Club

The Dabchicks Sailing Club is a thriving members’ club at the heart of the local sailing community. With a busy calendar of regattas, social evenings, parties and club events, we are looking for reliable, personable Casual Bar Staff to join the team.

The Role
• Serving drinks and operating the bar efficiently
• Providing a warm welcome to members and their guests
• Handling payments responsibly
• Keeping the bar area clean, tidy and well organised
• Occasionally working independently during quieter shifts
At times, you may be required to run a shift on your own, so confidence and reliability are important. Full support will always be available from the committee and wider team.
What We’re Looking For
• Friendly and approachable manner
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working both as part of a team and independently
• Over 18 (due to licensing requirements)
• Previous bar experience is helpful but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most
