but friends in all seriousness PLEASE if you only ever take one piece of advice from us let this be it:

STAY HYDRATED💦💦

🥵temperature and humidity are looking way up so make sure you take on lots of fluids beforehand and make full use of our water stations (at 2.5k, 5k, 7.5k and 10k along the routes)

⛰️be super careful while you’re on the course (especially on That Hill) and if you start to feel unwell or notice that someone is struggling, please speak to one of our amazing marshals who are stationed all along the route🦺

for now though, rest and we will see you tomorrow!!!

medals: a love story❤️

part 2 of 2 and it’s time for THE CONFESSION

okay runners, we need to level with you💆🏻‍♀️ in all our excitement to get our delicious new medals suited and booted for Race Day…we made a spelling mistake on the 5k and 10k ribbons😳😶‍🌫️

so for now, we would like to welcome you to THE REBRAND

WELLS FESITVAL OF RUNNING🙇🏽‍♀️🙇🏼‍♂️

fully expecting Emily Eavis to follow suit for 2k27 let’s make it happen

we can only apologise and come to you all on our hands and knees asking for your forgiveness🙏🏾🙏🏼

in case anyone is wondering why we didn’t hot foot back to the printers; we were really torn but it just felt like we’d be going back on all our green pledges and we couldn’t bring ourselves to do it 💔

in summary: we’re sorry, we think Sunday is still going to be WICKED and we sincerely hope you all still love us too
