Unfortunately there will be no giant jenga at this year's festival, due to our chairman's car being broken into and our giant jenga set stolen!

Yesterday, some of the committee participated in a research trip to Maltingsfest, aka "Tuckers", beer festival in Newton Abbott.

They managed to try a good selection of the 180 beers on offer, and enjoyed some local entertainment 🍻

Big thanks to Bluebirdcafewedmore for hosting us last night for our presentation evening.

This year we gave away £20,820 to local causes.

This evening, Wedmore Real Ale festival has received the prestigious Chair's award for services to the community from Somerset Council!

James, the chairman, and Dave, longest serving committe member, were at the event to receive the award.
