IMPORTANT - DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A FORMAL BOOKING?
We deal with multiple emails every day, every week and every month. When it comes to finalising a formal booking, then you need to make it clear that you wish to proceed to avoid any possible misunderstanding. For the actual booking form we will require your full name, postal address, type of event, date and time requested. We will also need your contact telephone number and an email address. We will then send you on a separate email a Booking Form, instructions on how to pay, and outline the details of the date, time and hall you are booking with us.
Your booking will ONLY BE CONFIRMED when payment has been received by us, and you have received a confirmation email from us. PROVISIONAL ENQUIRIES are noted, but we cannot guarantee to keep the date and time available until a booking is paid for.
You will be requested to pay an INITIAL DEPOSIT (which secures your booking) and then at least 30 days prior to the date requested, you need to then pay the balance.
