It’s nearly time!!

SNDERLAND SPOOKTACULAR – 10 TOP TIPS

We can’t wait for the Sunderland Spooktacular, it’s going to be fang-tastic! Here are some top tips to ensure the night is a real ‘Treat’!

1. Tickets are selling fast and we can’t be certain the event won’t sell out – so get your tickets today at www.sunderlandspooktacular.co.uk to avoid any disappointment.
2. To speed up entry please have your code printed on your tickets ready to scan on arrival. These can be either printed or shown on your device.
3. If you didn’t receive your ticket, it went to junk or you have lost it – don’t panic! You can login into your account at fatsoma.com and access your ticket there.
4. The pedestrian entrance to the event is via Barnes Park Road only – all the other gates will be tightly locked to ensure the monsters don’t escape.
5. Parking is limited around Barnes Park so please walk if you can, use city-centre parking or take public transport to the event.
6. Come as you aren’t! It’s Halloween so why not get into the ‘spirit’ of things and get those fancy dress costumes out. We will be giving away prizes to the best-dressed children and adults alike. When choosing your costume don’t forget it’s all outdoors so you will need to be well wrapped and wear sensible footwear.
7. There are plenty of tasty ‘treats’ available onsite from the catering vans so no need to make dinner before you leave the house!
8. You’re in safe hands! We have medics, lost children personnel and professional event stewards at the event so if you need anything just approach the nearest steward or event staff who are there to help.
9. It’s going to go with a bang! So we won’t be allowing any dogs into the event.
10. Don’t forget the gates open at 5pm and the fireworks will be at approximately 7.45pm. There are plenty of fairground rides, a fire performer, spooky characters and an evening of live music and other entertainment.
