This mornings job. Polaris predator quad bike carb in for cleaning before the bike goes for tuning. This bike is 21 years old and just going for a refresh. We had the carb in , stripped, ultrasonic cleaned and the case went through the Vixen Surface Treatments Ltd. Aquablast for a polish. Result speaks for itself, looks better than new! While the smaller Vixen Surface Treatments Ltd. Aquablast 915 needed a new screen, I took the opportunity to replace the Aquablast 1215 screen at the same time. What a massive difference it has made. Only issue is, you can see how dirty the machine is inside now. Deep clean incoming for the heavy duty one. We mainly use the bigger machine for paint stripping and harder to remove jobs, hence the colour inside. The 915 is used for final finishing to make the part look perfect. If we can assist with any blasting needs, drop us a message. We also have a vixen ultrasonic cleaner plus are able to Dry-ice any thing that’s needed now with the ever growing machines we have !

Before and after. I broke the screen yesterday morning loading a part in. Quick call to Vixen Surface Treatments Ltd. for a new glass. Gauntlets wiper blade and a new arm. Machine looks as good as new now. Drop us a message for any vapour blasting needs. We’re award winning for a reason !

Well I’ve definitely had better Mondays. Put a bike frame into the machine to freshen it up as it’s been sat a while. While I was adjusting the gloves it tipped over and hit the glass. Marvellous. Quick call to Vixen Surface Treatments Ltd. And a new set of gauntlets and a new window is on its was to us. Should arrive either Tuesday or Wednesday for the refit. Keep eye out for the replacements.

These came in yesterday off a Sea-Doo. New customer seen us and wanted to try out our award winning customer service ! I got a bit carried away and didn’t take the before pics, but they came in all crusty with oxidation under the black paint. Was all cleaned off and look better than ever. Ready for the refurb the owner is putting them through. They were dropped off around 11 and were collected the same day, around 3pm. Customer was very happy.

Some classic scooter parts in for refurb over the weekend. The Aquablast made light work of the dirt. Parts come out looking brand new ! We are award winning for a reason, customer care is the top of our priority list, these were dropped off and collected within 48hrs. Busy day in the unit today. New customer found us through our socials and decided to give us a try. There’s a reason we are award winning in what we do. The Aquablaster never disappoints. These parts came out as good as new. Customer was very happy on collection, so much so, he left a load more parts for us to do, and is coming back Friday with another set!
