🚫 No Glass Bottles at Childrey Fest 🚫

To help keep everyone safe and the festival site free from broken glass, glass bottles and glass containers are not permitted at Childrey Fest.

Please leave glass items at home and bring drinks and food items in cans, plastic bottles, or reusable non-glass containers instead.

Examples of prohibited items include:
❌ Beer bottles
❌ Wine bottles
❌ Spirit bottles
❌ Glass soft drink bottles (e.g. Coca-Cola, Fentimans, etc.)
❌ Glass jars and food containers

Examples of permitted alternatives:
✅ Cans
✅ Plastic bottles
✅ Reusable metal water bottles
✅ Non-glass food containers

This policy helps protect festival-goers, children, performers, volunteers, and the site itself from injuries caused by broken glass.

Challow Park Studios is a purpose-built recording hideaway run by husband and wife team Will & Amy. Based just outside Wantage, the Studio is a Tardis hidden within the grounds of their home, offering a relaxed and inspiring space for creators across Oxfordshire, Swindon, and beyond! Whether you’re recording your first demo or your next album, they cater for a wide range of projects, including:
• Full band recordings
• Solo artists and singer-songwriters
• Classical musicians
• Piano recording sessions — featuring three grand pianos, including a stunning Fazioli
• Guitar re-amping
• Audiobook and voice-over recording
• Analogue and digital recording
At Challow Park Studios, you’ll find not only a fantastic mic locker and carefully selected outboard gear, but also years of experience, a welcoming atmosphere, good conversation, and great food.

What started as a frantic, two-week scramble to fill a slot at ChildreyFest 2025 and meant as a one-off, has evolved into “The Pentatonics” a four-piece with a deep, dirty groove, trading in raw grit and deep, infectious soul. After a year of finding their sound, they are returning to the stage where it all accidentally began to make their official debut at ChildreyFest 2026.
