Morning everybody . Ok I’m sorry but I do come bearing some bad news . I had to make a decision by yesterday whether I can carry on with the show planning due to contracts that have been signed it had to be before the 4 week cut off .
Unfortunately with still 7k to be paid up plus more I just could not raise the remainder of the sponsorship . I got offered a loan from one of the main sponsors to cover the money but already being liable for thousands of pounds personally I really can’t take them up on the offer as nice as it was .
The show planning will still continue and I will try and get a new date booked in for May next year but this time I’m sorry I just don’t have another choice .
I have messaged mostly all the sponsors and stalls that have given money and the options of paying them back or to keep the sponsorship money as we still plan the show for next spring .
I’m sorry again guys and I’m genuinely gutted . Mike. X
