And what better theme for his first birthday than a World Cup Celebration, after his dad, Pedro Porro, became a World Champion with Spain in 2026? πŸ†

We’ve had the pleasure of cooking for Pedro Porro and his family for several years now β€” from family occasions to relaxed asados with friends β€” so being invited back to celebrate his little boy’s 1st birthday meant a lot to us.

For us, this is what an asado has always been about. Not only the food, but becoming a small part of those family moments that people remember for years.

We had the pleasure of bringing the Parrilla Gaucha authentic asado experience to Cole-Parmer in Stone β€” cooking live, serving straight from the parrilla and creating the kind of atmosphere that gets people away from their desks and around the fire. He had NO idea.

The moment he saw it for the first time, his reaction said everything. ❀️ Then came the proud photo with his new parrilla… and finally, seeing it finished and right at home in his garden.

We had the privilege of firing up a private asado for Danny Welbeck and his lovely family as they celebrated a very special occasion: his daughter’s 5th birthday. πŸŽ‚πŸ₯©
Behind every player is a family sharing the journey β€” the demanding schedules, the time away, the pressure, the big moments and all the quiet support in between. Days like this are a chance to slow everything down, come together and celebrate what matters most.
And that is exactly what an asado is made for.
Through our experience catering for Premier League clubs and players, we understand that every occasion has different needs. Privacy, timing, personal service and attention to detail all matter. Our job is to take care of everything, so our guests can forget about the event and simply enjoy the moment!

After a demanding pre-season in Austria, we had the incredible honour of bringing the full Parrilla Gaucha asado experience to the players, coaches and staff at Brighton & Hove Albion.

Weeks of hard work deserved a proper reward: premium-quality Grass fed Beef, plenty of protein and an unforgettable feast cooked over open fire. For professional players, high-quality protein plays an important role in nutritional support for muscle recovery, strength and refuelling after intense training β€” but an Asado is about more than food. It brings people together, celebrates teamwork and creates a moment everyone can share.

We are thrilled to have been invited to Brighton FC and proud to continue building the connection between Parrilla Gaucha, Premier League football and the authentic Asado exsperience.

Always a pleasure cooking for such a great customer and serving the team quality, freshly grilled food. Good nutrition plays an important part in performance and recovery, and nothing beats healthy, protein-rich meat cooked over the fire and full of flavour.

There was a fantastic atmosphere around the club, with everyone enjoying the afternoon together ahead of the new season.
