Just over 10 days to get your application in .. go give your fave yarnie business owners, designers & makers a nudge to make sure they’ve applied .. and show out past exhibitors and tutors some love while you’re there 😉🤟🏼

The application process doesn’t take very long and you could be joining us in January ‘27

Make sure if you are applying to send a bunch of pictures as requested - we use them for marketing the show on social media ..

Take look back at last years efforts .. we’re rightfully proud of the work we do to promote each and every one of our and !!

Exhibitors applications are now open!
Do you have a favourite Exhibitor? Tag them in the comments as a reminder to apply. We have only 50 spaces, and applications close on 31st May.
I look forward to reading all the applications choosing who to accept is much harder!

To our terrific tutors, thanks for your sessions, your skills and your willingness to share

To our very special volunteers .. thanks for your help and generosity.. giving up your time to measure up spaces, check on vendors and wrangle attendees in and out of spaces

We simply wouldn’t have a show without all of you .. so again, thank you

During the day there will be a refreshment station offering tea/filter coffee for £3.50, a cookie £1.50 or Muffin £2 or for fancier coffees you are welcome to use the central bar.

There are sandwiches which are only available for the show.  These are £7.50 with crisps with the choice of white or malted bread and a selection of fillings.  
* Tuna mayo and salad
* Egg mayo and salad
* Ham and mustard
* Chicken mayo
* Tomato, Hummus and pesto (vegan)
Or why not treat yourselves to a Cream Tea (includes 1 of each Homemade Fruit and Plain scone served with Clotted Cream, Strawberry Jam, Tea or Coffee.) for £14.50 served in the restaurant between 1pm and 3pm by booking with the Marriott before the show - Call hotel direct on 01992 717170 and let them know you are attending “Waltham Abbey Wool Show” for this discounted price.

TOMORROW 10am!

We’ve made it!
Just ONE MORE SLEEP ..

Today, vendors are doing their final packing up and some will be beginning their journeys, heading over to the venue.

Later this afternoon, our fantastic volunteers will be joining us to help .. measuring up & marking out the spaces, getting ready for the first wave of vendor setup ..

Tables will be laid out,

Online tickets will close this evening .. there are just 35 tix remaining* for the 10am time slot, so be super quick if you want one of those!

Tickets for the 11.30am and 1pm slots will be available on the door

There are still a few places left for some of the workshops, so it’s not to later to nab one of those if you fancy learning new skill or brushing up on others, and again, any remaining spaces will be available on the day at the organisers desk in the foyer.

We’re so excited that we are here .. the last push, then all of our planning & organisation will come together.

Just kidding .. really 😉🤟🏼

There’s still a long list of jobs to do, but we are almost into the home stretch now.

Don’t get me wrong. We LOVE what we do and we KNOW it will be a FABULOUS SHOW and EVERYTHING will come together .. for our TWELFTH WAWS!

We cannot wait to welcome everyone
