***IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***
Hi all
With less than 3 weeks to go 🎉 we wanted to put out an informative post to answer many questions and make guidelines clear. Please take the time to read and share with anyone you know who might be coming along 👍🏻
Arrival- (Please DO NOT arrive before these times as the gates will be closed and to protect any traffic build up on the red route- strictly NO stopping on the red route as there are cameras outside and the council will fine 😔)!
On Thursday gates will open at 5 pm- this is only for people who have paid for the Thursday night set up. Entertainment will be on in the club from 8.30pm.
On Friday Gates will open at 1pm for all those with camping tickets.
You will be directed to an area by staff on site. We appreciate groups will want to be together and will try our very best to accommodate that and allow space to be kept while possible however as the site fills we can’t guarantee this so ideally if people can arrive together or as soon as possible that’s great.
For safety reasons tents will only be allowed in the camping zone but vans/ motorhomes can get places against the zone area so please make us aware on the gate if you have a mixed party and want to be close. We want everyone to have a great weekend so will try our best to accommodate where possible.
General day admission tickets are Friday are valid from 6pm with live music starting at 7.30pm
Gates open at 12.00 on Saturday- any walks ups will be for DAY TICKETS ONLY. If you intend camping please pre book tickets in advance. (If you have brought weekend camping and can’t arrive until Saturday please drop us a message and we will arrange for entrance to the site earlier than general day tickets).
Parking is extremely limited so where possible we ask day tickets to get lifts or park (courteously) in surrounding streets. Please under no circumstances block the red route for drop offs, there is room to pull in and turn around for taxis/ lifts etc.
Housekeeping-
*please be aware there are NO electric hook ups and NO running water points but We do have a hose pipe to use if needed.
*The club house will be open for all your drink needs keeping prices very reasonable so PLEASE support the club who kindly allow us to use their pitch for our event.
*Dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on a lead at all times and must be cleaned up after please.
* Toilet facilities will be the new executive toilets on porta cabins for a better experience . We have plenty and they will be cleaned throughout the weekend and emptied on Saturday morning. Please work with us to keep these to a clean standard by using the bins for any waste. (Please note we can NOT use the club toilets)
*Bins and black bags will be allocated all around site and emptied throughout. A skip will be on site and we appreciate your cooperation in taking any rubbish from around your camp to the bins for us.
*Stictly NO FIRES and NO ground BBQs! Unfortunately this is non negotiable and ANYONE breaking the rule will be asked to leave the site. please respect that this is a Rugby pitch and any damage is detrimental.
