Just to say a big thanks to everyone who came along to the races today! It was a fantastic day with a record turnout and we almost managed to stay dry throughout!

Extra special thanks goes to Peter from Henrys Suzuki who sponsored our event today and provided some fantastic prizes. Also big thanks to our Marshalls who guided you & kept you all safe today. And to John O'Donnell for leading the warmups & getting you all ready to run.

And last but not least a big thanks to Vicky Mulholland & Greig Glendinning without whom we wouldn't manage to put on these races at all

Morning all the day of the races has finally arrived!! I've had a word with the MetOffice and have good weather on order for this afternoon!

Registration for the Halket race & 3k opens at 12pm until 1pm and both races start at 1.15pm. If you have registered online this is also when you need to come and pick up your number.

The registration for the 1k will stay open until 2pm with the race starting at 2.15pm

Registration table will be located in the car park for both races. Cost for the Halket race is £5 and for the 3k & 1k is £2.

We are starting the Halket race & 3k in the park again this year so looking forward to a big send off for you all!

Medals & refreshments will be given out as you cross the line . The Prizegiving this year will be in the Marquee at half time for the foitball (around 3.15) We have trophies for all races & some great prizes from our sponsors Henrys Suzuki for the Halket race Top 3 Male & Female runners.

Hi all less than 2 weeks to go to race day now!!

We have been very busy the last couple of days ordering trophies & medals and getting entry forms ready to go out to the school later this week.

But we also have some very exciting news. This year we have sponsorship from Henry's Cars who will be providing prizes for the first three male & female finishers in the Halket race. Many thanks go out to Peter @ Henrys for his continued sponsorship of our event.

Marshalls needed for Uplawmoor Run on Gala day. (Halket/3k @1.15pm and 1k 2.15pm) Help needed to make sure all the runners especially the kids stay safe. Comment below or pm the page or Vicky Mulholland

Will be a short briefing before each run so everyone has phone numbers and knows what they doing etc
