🚨 We've been made aware of a scam which may affect festive stallholders - please read:

We would like to remind all our followers, including confirmed stallholders for our three Christmas events, that Brentwood Connected will only ever contact you from legitimate email addresses (ending in .gov.uk) or communicate with you via our official social media accounts. All applications and payment details are handled via the Brentwood Borough Council website.

If you see anything online which looks suspicious, please share the details with us on [email protected]. If you think you might have accidentally made a payment to a scammer to attend one of our events, please contact us directly so we can confirm if this was really us. If you arrive at one of our events having booked a pitch through a scam account, we won't have space for you on the day.

If you think you've lost money or been the victim of an online scam or fraud, contact Report Fraud by calling 0300 123 2040 or visiting reportfraud.police.uk/reporting-a-fraud. You should contact your bank to cancel payments to any fake companies.

Important free parking information for the Ingatestone Festive Fair today 🚗

There are a number of parking options in the village for the Ingatestone Festive Fair this afternoon:

➡️ We encourage visitors to park in Anglo European School (Willow Green CM4 0DJ) where we have plenty of free parking spaces for visitors, and walk from there. This car park will be signposted from the High Street on the day and is approximately a 5-minute walk from our activities.

➡️ You may also park for free in Ingatestone Community Centre (7 High Street CM4 9ED) but we expect this will be busy due to its proximity to our event and the indoor market taking place at the Centre on the day.

➡️ Parking is also free in Bell Mead and Market Place car parks but, again, we expect these spaces will fill quickly. Our advice is to head to Anglo European School and walk from there.

We're looking forward to hosting our event at The Bell Ingatestone tomorrow! 🎄

Thank you to Steve and the team for being the location of the majority of our market stalls at the Ingatestone Festive Fair on Sunday 7 December. We will also have some in the High Street. With a family-friendly feel, twinkly lights, a brand new paint job, and a festive window decoration we commissioned from local artist Jill Busby, The Bell was made to be the location of a Christmas Market! 😍

Come along to our event, explore the village, discover the businesses on our High Streets, browse the wide range of products from artisan and handmade businesses at the market, then grab some food and drink while enjoying our live music! 🎶

Like other businesses on the day, there will be a range of festive food and drink options available at The Bell, including Seasonal Turkey Sourdough Baguettes, Mulled W**e, Mulled C***r, along with jacket potatoes and chips (see below for the menu) 😋

Visit our High Street businesses to eat and drink at our Ingatestone Festive Fair with Brentwood Connected this weekend 😋

Join us for a festive day of fun and Christmas shopping, while discovering some amazing places to eat and drink in the village, including:

A pop-up bar from The Star Inn with mulled w**e, ch*****ne, w**e and soft drinks, plus the delicious 'Roast Bowl' - featuring crispy duck fat roast potatoes, roast turkey, roast beef, stuffing balls, pig in blanket and gravy.

Bar service at The Country Cafe, plus milkshakes, hot drinks, bacon rolls, sausage rolls, pastries, cakes, pancakes & bacon, hotdogs and nachos.

Italian street food and mulled w**e outside Pastasciutta, plus pizza, pasta and a Christmas assortment of cakes inside.

Ingatestone Community Club bar will be open, with Bavarian bratwurst, double smash burgers, fries, and Belgian waffles, with Lavazza coffee, luxury hot chocolate, homemade sausage rolls, and festive treats from their coffee van.

There will be hotdogs and smash brioche at Ravens Bakery and hot food and drinks, including Christmas baguettes at The Lounge Ingatestone, while The Bell Ingatestone is the place to be for festive food and drinks while you enjoy our market stalls and live music in their outdoor space.
