Following the Joy We try to bring more joy into this world through our eclectic range of workshops and activities. We also run beautiful baby festivals and workshops.

Broadly they fall into 3 groups - Spiritual and self development and crafting. Following the Joy is about raising the vibration of the planet and bringing light into people's lives through the medium of joy! We organise workshops and events that bring joy to people, encouraging mindfulness and creativity. We basically get together and discuss what brings us great joy in life and then we do it!

Why Joy?

We are a bit woo woo, a bit crafty and a bit witchy - well a lot of the aforementioned really. We love to laugh, sing, dance, meditate, journey, heal, teach, be in nature... We follow the joy - if it brings us joy we do it! That leads to us delivering an eclectic mix of workshops, retreats and baby festivals. We work from our Chorley studio and also from a Cumbrian Woodland.

We follow our joy and our remit is to bring you joy, wherever you find that. We are raising the vibration one joy at a time.
