Join us this Saturday at the Northumberland County Show on the MRC Crane Hire stand together with Think Energy-North East 🚛

Our Marshalls will be there throughout the day taking Marshal registrations for the 2026 Truck Run, chatting with supporters and collecting for charity.

We’ll also have a selection of our branded hats available to purchase🧢

Whether you’ve taken part before, want to get involved for the first time, or just fancy a chat, come over and say hello!

As lots of people break up for Christmas today, we just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎄✨

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Kielder Forest - Forestry England for their fantastic support throughout this year’s Truck Run. Their help and cooperation played a key role in making the event run safely and smoothly, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did behind the scenes.

We’re still in the process of finalising the fundraising total, which we’ll be sharing very soon - and we can’t wait to let you know just how much was raised for the Great North Air Ambulance and Santa’s Little Helpers North Tyne.

Still absolutely overwhelmed by the support and the turnout of the Truck Run. We have one or two appreciation posts yet to go out, and would like to thank Tyne Valley Ices for their support, which is very much appreciated!

We're still totalling up all the donations and have 6 official hats available at buy at Think Energy in Hexham! This is the last chance to get your hands on one, they're just £10 each, which gets added straight to the final total raised for two incredible charities Santa's Little Helpers North Tyne and Great North Air Ambulance Service.

A huge thank you from all the organisers to our hardworking volunteers and marshals, our incredible sponsors, the amazing drivers, and of course every single one of you who came out to support the Truck Run on Friday 🎄🚚💛

The weather was dreadful, but you still turned up in your hundreds and filled the North Tyne Valley with festive spirit. We genuinely can’t thank you enough. ❤️

We also have a limited number of official North Tyne Truck Run hats still available to buy from the Think Energy-North East office in Hexham, £10 per hat (cash only) with all proceeds going towards our final fundraising total for the Great North Air Ambulance Service and Santa's Little Helpers North Tyne.

We’ll be collating all donations over the next couple of days, and we can’t wait to share the final figure with you all.

🚨 EVENT PARKING 🚨

A few people have asked about parking around Hexham for tomorrow. We would strongly advise the following…

1. No parking in Hexham Mart (this is where all the trucks will be ending their journey, if you park here you will likely get stuck)

2. Think Energy car park is open and available for people to park (NE46 4JR - spaces are limited so try to get there early)

3. Parking at Tesco, Waitrose, Wentworth Car Park or the new Travel Lodge and walking to the bridge safely is advised

Other than that, just wrap up, bring plenty of cheer and enjoy the show!
