Aaron Hawthorne plays the Wurlitzer organ of Neuadd Pendre, Tywyn to accompany the 1920 silent horror film, “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde”.

Step into the shadows of 1920s horror as organist Aaron Hawthorne conjures spine-tingling soundscapes live on the mighty Wurlitzer organ of Nueadd Pendre, Tywyn. In this one-of-a-kind cinematic experience, the silent film classic Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde comes to life with Hawthorne’s electrifying score - improvised in real time to match every flicker of madness and transformation on screen. Prepare for a night where gothic horror meets musical virtuosity, and the boundary between man and monster blurs in the echo of the pipes. One screen. One organ. Two sides of the same soul.

Concert starts at 7.30 pm, doors open 7pm.

Tickets £12 at the door or in advance from Flame Lily health food shop.

Even if you only donate £1 you will be helping. The Neuadd is such a special venue. Used by community groups, bands, bingo and houses The Mighty Tywyn Wurlitzer pipe organ which belonged to my dear friend John Smallwood who died last year.
We need to raise funds to keep this wonderful hall open for Tywyn and it's community.
Please donate what ever you can afford.
