We are on countdown now to Endure24 Reading this weekend. We can't wait to get into the race village tomorrow to set up our sauna and cold plunge experience to help runners and spectators prep for and recover from the weekend ahead.

Well...... May has been a bit of a whirlwind of a month!

Our June Sauna Pop-up Sessions at Dinton Pastures are up!

Friday 12th & 26th June
55 mins slots from 3.30pm-7.30pm

You can book an individual seat in a communal sauna session or a private sauna session by the lakeside at Dinton Pastures.

at the Activity Centre off Sandford Lane.

Seen The Horse Box Sauna out and about in hot weather and wondered why on earth people are heading into the sauna.....? Well there is some method in their madness 😵‍💫😵‍💫.....

Regular sauna use can really improve your body's ability to cope with heat by improving your thermoregulation. You are literally training your inner thermostat 🌡.....so that you can feel cooler in hot weather 😎 🌞🌞🌞.

That coupled with a dip in our cold plunges can really help you feel refreshed and relaxed in hotter conditions.

You might adapt the length of time you spend in the sauna per round..... and you may need to hydrate a little better before and after your session.....but all other principles and benefits still apply.

So don't shy away from sauna during the heatwave .....it will help you feel cooler 😎 😉

The worst kept secret in 's history .....but yes I can confirm that those rumours are true. We are back at Reading this year offering sauna and cold plunge sessions in our wonderful woodfired wild sauna.

Such a popular addition to so many people's race experience last year so get your sessions booked so you don't miss out. You can find us in the race village at

➡️ Whether you want to freshen up you legs pre race on Friday afternoon or early Saturday, so that your legs feel lighter and ready to hit the trails

Or

➡️ You need that little boost mid race to keep your body going

Or

➡️ You want something comforting and cocooning, scientifically proven to reduce muscular pain and aid muscle recovery once you have called it a day on Sunday.

We'll be there to support you 😉!!

25 min sessions are available to book throughout the weekend. We'd encourage you to book in advance to avoid missing out on your preferred time slot.
