Last team spots available for our mixed pairs comp, TRURO CITY SWINGERS 2025 on Saturday 26th April , Threemilestone Industrial Estate, Truro TR4 9LD . 1 full day of multiple wods across 2 divisions; RX/inclusive and masters (38+). Wods designed to be challenging for those who are experienced athletes and newbies entering their first competition. It’s our first event after a year off and we can’t wait!! 👏🏻

Who’s off to a flying start for 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ ?! Count down is on for our next event, Truro City Swingers, on Saturday 26th April. Tickets on sale now. We’re also offering a brand new category for our Teen division!

Movement standards:
TCS has always aimed to be inclusive with the workouts to allow all standards to compete on the day. Below is a rough guideline of what to expect and please note that scales will be offered on the day which will automatically score you below teams performing the RX movement.

RX & MASTERS WEIGHTLIFTING:
Clean and jerk up to 60/45
Sn**ch up to 50/35 KBS 24/16
Dumbbell 22.5/15
Wall balls 9/6

GYMNASTICS/SKILLS:
Pull ups
Toes to Bar or Rings
Wall walks

MONOSTRUCTURAL FOR ALL CATEGORIES:
Row/Ski/Bike/Running

Teens will perform the same workouts but weights will be adjusted accordingly.
