ADVANCED NOTICE.
Due to a failure of the main drainage and the need to undertake emergency repairs, the access path from the car park to the Social club will be closed commencing Wednesday the 10th June. The contractor will endeavour to complete the works asap.

Sadly I must report that one of our stalwart trustees, and an original trustee, involved in the starting, formation and construction of the centre in 1976 has passed away.
I will not name them yet out of respect for the family.
Details to follow when released by the family.
A very sad announcement. R.I.P.

UPDATE.
The drainage works to the alleyway adjacent to the church will be undertaken this week, so expect it to be barriered off for safety reasons.
Sorry for any inconvenience, but this to sort a longstanding flooding issue.

UPDATE.
The large accessible toilet door in the ladies toilets at the centre has been repaired and fully functional.

PLEASE NOTE, The access path beside the Centre and the church is closed from Thursday the 21st for necessary excavations and drainage works as previously advised; barriers will be installed for the duration of the works.
Sorry about any inconvenience; this will mean you will have to go around the centre on the main road to access the village centre and shops.

To the four teenage boys, two with blonde hair, and two girls who were outside the Community Centre at 1pm on Sunday lunchtime at the back of the surgery, one wearing a bright yellow top, the others with dark clothing and particularly the blonde va**ng boy wearing a grey top, shorts, and a black rucksack, and using a blue and white football please return to the Centre and remove the galvanised dustbin and lid you brought with you from somewhere; fly tipping is an offence; the cctv shows all of you. If you remove it this goes no further. Thank you.

So sorry to the two groups booked in today for having to cancel.
The loss of water was due to the burst pipe of South west Water meant we had no toilets or kitchen services. Sorry but was beyond our control.
All back on now for this afternoon and evening bookings.

URGENT MESSAGE.
There is NO WATER at the Community Centre due to a SW Water leak in the area, so no toilets or kitchen.
They cant say when it is back on.
