War in the Woods is a competition for same sex pairs, presented by Willpower Fitness. Returning for the 6th time and held at Willpower Fitness HQ in South Devon, War in the Woods will test all aspects of functional fitness including weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio.

Don’t forget to make sure your partner has been added to your team on ! DM us if you need any help as you won’t be able to register on the day until this is done.

We’re excited for to be joining us with a range of clothing, while will be serving up drinks and snacks.

Registration: 08.30 - 09.00
Briefing: 09.00 - 09.15
Workout 1: 09.30

WAR IN THE WOODS INFO!

Team captains:
- Please ensure your team details are correct on Throwdown Hub https://throwdownhub.io/login
- Double check your team name is correct - team name changes can only be made until 18:00 on Thursday 30th November
- Add your teammate so they can sign the waiver

The event is scheduled to run from 08:30 until 16:30. Registration will be from 08:30 until 09:00 followed by an athlete briefing.

Ascend Apparel will be joining us with a range of clothing, and The Wood Cafe will be serving drinks and snacks.

Workouts and heat schedules will be released in the week leading up to the event.

Looking forward to getting back on the competition floor in under two weeks!
