Hi Folks
Sadly we have to postpone the seafood boil planned for this Saturday 23rd August 🫣
We are a chef down in the kitchen until 1st September and have reluctantly decided to wait until we can deliver both the Seafood Boil and the restaurant needs to our usual high standard...
The kit has arrived and we are looking forward to this one!!

Here is the menu for Saturday 16th August.
This will be hosted at The Galley, by Kaluna Grill - 1-6pm. (Please message Kaluna!!)
We are taking bookings now for sit in or take away every 30mins.
Please message for how many and what time you would like.. pre-orders very welcome too!

- Slow cooked pulled beef, coleslaw, chimmichurri in brioche bun £12
- BBQ glazed rack of Pork Ribs (600g), corn, coleslaw, sweet potato £19
- BBQ glazed Chicken Wings (x12), buffalo butter sauce, blue cheese dressing, chips, coleslaw £16
- Southern Fried Boneless Chicken (x4), chips, coleslaw, garlic mayo £17
- Kaluna Cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, red onion, relish in brioche bun £12

Sides - chips £3.50, coleslaw £3, sweet potato £3.50, corn on cob £3, various sauces too!

The only veggie option will be available from the Galley menu so you are not excluded!!

Hi Folks.. we are ready to commit!!
With summer well under way it's time to put some dates in place..
We will be doing 2 themed BBQ's and 2 Seafood Boil dates.
In order to weatherproof these events we are asking for reservations for all days - by knowing how many we have coming we can reserve tables inside if required and cook under shelter.
If the weather is fine we will have outdoor seating for most people and have a bit more fun with it!!
We will be taking reservations every 30 mins for BBQ days and every 45 mins for Seafood Boil days.
All event days are in Scrabster and will run from 1-6pm.

Saturday 16th August - Southern Style BBQ
This BBQ will be an American style theme with pulled beef, ribs, burgers, buffalo chicken wings and fried chicken!
Lots of sweet bbq glaze, buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing - full menu will be posted tomorrow!

Saturday 23rd August - Seafood Boil
As you would expect - lobster, crab claws, mussels, prawns, clams, corn, potato, smoked sausage in a spiced (but not too hot!) butter broth! This will be served in a sharing format for tables between 4-12.

I will post individual info for each event day with full menu and pricing.. meanwhile feel free to message interest to Kaluna Grill to secure a slot

Hi Folks!
A little annoyingly the Seafood Boiler I ordered was cancelled only a day after I ordered it (and I didn't notice the email - in all fairness I usually ignore the follow up emails from online retailers asking for a rating before you have the product!!)

I have re-ordered for those that still remember the TikTok fad!
We are genuinely super excited to give it a go and will do at least 2 dates.. more if popular!! It is now due to arrive on or before 18th August.
Meanwhile we will post dates for various theme BBQ's in August and September which we will go ahead with regardless of weather!!

It was great to see people taking in long, sun soaked lunches this afternoon.. What a scorcher - poli zesti enai!!

We are going again tomorrow from 1-6pm.. feel free to drop by for a cold one and some freshly BBQ'd joy on a plate!

Hello Folks!! We're back for summer! and this Saturday and Sunday look promising!

Kaluna is doing a pop-up BBQ this Saturday 12th July and Sunday 13th from 1pm-6pm... at the Galley in Scrabster

We are not asking for pre-orders, it will be first come first serve until we sell what we have ready on the day.

This week's theme will be Greek..you can expect pork souvlaki, chicken skewers, octopus, veggie and fish options with Greek style chips, tzatziki and freshly prepared Greek salads to compliment our charcoal cooked menu!

Sit in and take away available with full drinks menu and table service available.

Lots of themes to look forward to... please let us know with likes and messages if you are interested!
