Thorpeness Country Club A unique Wedding venue overlooking the sea with its own private beachside lawn.

Built in 1912, the Country Club is set in a stunning location overlooking the sea and the beautiful coast of Suffolk. It is an ideal and unique location for all kinds of celebrations; weddings, birthday and anniversary parties, christenings, dinner dances and of course conferences right throughout the year. Licensed for civil weddings, the Country Club has two floors available for hire, which may be used separately or in conjunction with each other.

Come along anytime between midday and 4pm, wander the grounds, meet the team and get a feel for what your special day could look like when you choose Thorpeness Country Club as the place to say "I Do".

With a glass of fizz in hand, our informal wedding open days offer a relaxed way to take in the magic of our coastal wedding venue for yourself. Savour a selection of canapes, meet some of our recommended suppliers, chat with our dedicated wedding coordinators, who will be on hand to welcome you and answer any questions you may have, to show you around and discuss availability and wedding packages.
