Galloway Country Fair is an annual two day event held on the grounds of Drumlanrig Castle in Dumfries and Galloway. Taking place on 12 and 13 August 2023, the event is a celebration of rural life and brings together food and drink, country sports, entertainment, rural crafts, children’s activities and much, much more to ensure an outstanding day for every member of the family.

🚙 We welcome tents, motorhomes and caravans, with facilities including water, portable toilets and showers. Campsite guests will also enjoy FREE access to the Castle Gardens & Adventure Playground during opening hours, plus reduced-rate Fair admission.

We’re on the lookout for a few final traders to join us at this year's Fair. 🛍🥨

There are limited spaces left inside our Food & Craft Marquee, so if you offer something a little different, we’d love to hear from you. We’re especially keen to welcome savoury traders to really tempt those tastebuds.

Got your own stand, gazebo or exhibit? There’s still plenty of outdoor space available, including prime spots around the Main Ring – where thousands of visitors gather throughout the Fair.
