Hey Everyone thanks for all the shares and likes for the event. But unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we are postponing the event until August. So get that weight training in and look out for the new date. Thank you.

A lovely morning meeting in the sun to discuss the event. London Inn, Shaldon, Devon PB Gym Rowcroft Hospice

Events for the day will consist of a team of 4 people participating in
*Barrel run relay.
*Tug of war.
*Tyre flip.
*Farmers walk.
*Barrel Shoulder press.
*Atlas stones.
*Hanging Bar.
*Barrel carry.
These events are for adults only but there will be activities for children to participate in.

Entry fees are £40 per team. We encourage you to get some sponsorship also to help raise more money for Rowcroft Hospice.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

The London Inn, Shaldon, Devon and PB Gym are hosting Shaldon Beer Barrel Olympics on shaldon green on Saturday June 24th from 2pm. This is a charity event raising money for Rowcroft. It will include strength and fitness events for teams of 4. There will also be other activities on the day for it to be a fully inclusive community event for all to enjoy. Prizes to be won and all proceeds will be donated.
