‼️Just a reminder, anybody who has been to the campsite by car for our weekend, and you forgot to put your license plate number into the machine, give me a shout and I can pass it on for you to the farm, so we can hopefully avoid a fine.

Also, we endeavour to have this “place to be” be a safe place for everybody. Any problems, let us know. If you suffer from anxiety and get overwhelmed in any way, come find one of the organisers and we’ll find you a quiet place as possible to gather yourself again. If you need any other help, please come find us. We will do our best to support you.

Ps special dietary available on request: there will be oat drink and almond drink available for the tea and coffee. There will also be some extra gluten-free and vegan and vegetarian snacks available. These will be kept separately at the kitchen window on Friday and at the bar on Saturday, so others don’t accidentally eat them.

Reminder:

Friday Village Hall - folk club style concert - doors open 6:30pm. Start around 7pm. Ends around 10:30pm. There is a pay bar this evening. Water and squash will be free. Free entry. Free small snacks during the interval. 

Saturday morning Village Hall - Nick and Natter, come have a cuppa and a nice little chat about Nick and his music. We will also be showing a 15 minute documentary by Robert Barnett, one of our regular musicians, providing all technical stuff works. 10:30 doors open - Free entry.

Saturday late afternoon - more formal concert at the church - doors open 4:30pm. Start around 5pm. Ends around 8:30pm. Water and squash available throughout, and coffee and tea during ‪the interval. All at no charge. Free entry. Free small snacks during the interval.

This event is a non-profit for the fans by the fans labour of love and exists by the grace of donations during the event weekend or via the donation button on the website. Donations during the weekend can be made in cash or by card.

There will also be an opportunity to donate to the upkeep of the church that hosts us and welcomes us so kindly, which also encompasses the upkeep of the graveyard where Nick’s grave is. And the organ which has a special stop donated by Nick’s family. It has even been rumoured by the former organist that Nick‘s father wrote a piece of music for the church, but we sadly haven’t been able to locate that (yet). 

There will be separate containers for cash donations for the gathering and the church. Any donations made via card, will be split equally between the gathering and the church.

Reminder of where the campsite is, an older video with the trees still there, but the route stays the same! Remember that if coming by car and if you haven’t given your license plate number with your camping booking that you will still need to do that. Anybody just visiting the campsite, please be aware that you will need to enter your license plate number at the café or at the pizza barn, there are machines hanging on the wall. Failure to do this will result in £100 fine.

Apologies to all who applied, working on the invites, we have so many people who applied this year, it's taking longer to sift through. I am asking any who are regular performers to please let me know if they are willing to step aside this year or team up and let me know asap.
