Come and learn to dance with us. Beginners Strictly Ballroom & Latin starting this Sunday at the Palais........ See you there!

Adult Beginner's Strictly Ballroom & Latin class starting this Sunday evening, 3rd Oct, at Swinton Palais. Come along to the Palais, no need to book, and start a new chapter in your life. Tuition 7pm-8pm followed by a social / practice until 10pm. All this for £8 per person. If you don't have a partner, no problem, if you have 2 left feet, no problem! Learn to dance in a fun & sociable setting; you won't even realise how much exercise you've done!

From the 25th July Swinton Palais Dance Centre can re-open for classes & restricted social dances as long as we can prove to be covid secure.
In order for us to re-open the Palais, there will be requirements made of us to control capacity, social distance and hold contact details of each person in attendance for track and trace purposes. Please fill in the attendance request form and email it back to us as soon as possible. Send a copy to your dance friends to make sure they haven't missed it because you will not be able to turn up unannounced. Once the government releases specific guidelines for the re-opening of dance centres we will contact you using the information on your form to let you know which group you have been allocated to. When we contact you, you will receive further information about our rules and restrictions so that you will be aware of protocol in advance of your first time back. We have made the difficult decision that The Grand Palais is now closed until further notice. We were hoping to stay open this weekend but due to the ever developing situation it is no longer possible. Thank you to all our dancers young and young at heart and all our supporters for your understanding and loyalty. As soon as all this is over, we'll be back! Take care & stay safe everyone!
