Important info!!

1. If you don’t have a permanent licence for Swindon you will need to apply for your temp licence with the council by 13th July. (Overseas artists ignore this).

2. If you haven’t uploaded your portfolio by Monday you won’t get announced. (Login at https://gwts.co.uk/)

3. Due to retirement plans this is the last time Gary will be running GWTS but talks are in place for it to continue for 2027. We will keep you updated.

**TATTOO ARTISTS AND TRADERS PLEASE READ**

We have had a tremendous response this year and have approved more applications than we have space!!

This is because a few people have been a bit slow registering which is the part that secures your place.

NEW APPLICATIONS WILL CLOSE AT THE END OF MONDAY 18th MAY.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT THE END OF THE DAY ON MONDAY 25th MAY.

An approved application doesn’t guarantee a place.

We’ve been a bit quiet but working hard behind the scenes.

Artist booths will be full once (if) those accepted register now. You can still get in if you apply now, are accepted and register quick.

We have a few trader stands left.

Catering is full.

A huge thanks to Ash for the 2026 poster which is in print now.

Last year we had an extra tattoo competition category - Steam. This year it’s Western.

That means that any style or size tattoo can be entered into this category as long as the connection to the word Western is obvious.

Best dressed booth entries will get bonus points if they are Western themed.

Due to health and potential retirement this MAY be the last GWTS. I need to see how I feel in August.

We have had a great response from tattoo artists and traders as usual however loads of you haven’t completed the registration process.

If you have applied, been approved but not done anything yet then your booth is NOT secure.

We will not be holding booths back waiting for artists to complete the process.

There was a link issue with the new system but that has been resolved now and automatic instalments are still available.

If you have an issue with your registration link let us know asap.

Applications are still open but we do have more approved applications than we have space left so hurry.

For GWTS 25 we gave away £500 to lucky ticket holders who liked, shared, followed, hopped, skipped and jumped and got pulled out of the ‘hat’!
This time we have simplified it!!
All you have to do this time to get in the draw is buy a ticket!!
The first 100 ticket purchasers will go in the draw for a share of £500 to spend at the show!
Of course the odd share or tag is going to build a load of positive karma!!

Earlybird Tickets are now available for 2026! The new ticketing system is also the place to get all the info you need as the year rolls on.

This time the first 100 ticket purchasers will go into a draw to win a share of £500 to spend at GWTS26!!

That's £200, 2 x £100 and 2 x £50!!
The draw will be made before the event and instructions on collection of winnings will be emailed to the winners.

We still have trader and artist booths available! If you have been having issues with your registration links new ones will be sent out on Friday.

If you don’t know we are using TattSync Events to manage the show for 2026.

We are slowly working through applications but it once you are approved you will need to click on the registration email to secure your space!! This needs to be done within 7 days or you will have to apply again.

There was a hiccup in the system in the first 24 hours that is now sorted but if your registration link isn’t working drop us a message asap.

If you are unsuccessful you will also get an email so if you haven’t heard anything either way we haven’t got to you yet.

Once you have registered fill up your profile with pretty pictures and switch it to public and the world will see what you have to offer.

We are excited to announce that applications for artists, piercers, traders and caterers are open for 2026. It will be the last weekend of July (25th and 26th) 2026.
