ITS FESTIVAL SEASON 😆 🎉
The u7s had an absolute blast this morning at the Clydach Festival! A huge thank you to all the organisers and volunteers who made the event run so smoothly throughout the day 👏
The team came up against some seriously tough opposition, but every single girl gave 110% right until the very last kick of every game. While results didn’t quite always go our way, the girls picked up a brilliant win and were incredibly unlucky not to grab another after a fantastic performance 💪🔥
There were some superb team goals scored throughout the morning, outstanding defending, and some brilliant passages of football played. The effort, attitude and togetherness shown by the girls made us incredibly proud 👏
Player of the week 🏆
This week’s Player of the Week goes to Ella! For her sheer determination not only this morning, but over the past few weeks as well. Ella has given absolutely everything every time she steps onto the pitch.. Well done Ella! 🌟👏
To finish off a fantastic morning, the girls proudly collected their medals, had plenty of laughs between games playing “Taco Gato Cabra Queso Pizza” (yes… in Spanish! 😂🇪🇸 Thank you Clara’s mum Beth for entertaining the girls!), but most importantly they played with pride, passion and togetherness all day long! Well done girls! 👏
